Refund policy

Customers may contact us for further product/refund/exchange related queries. We offer a hassle-free 3 days return and 7 days exchange policy. The same is applicable post-delivery of the product.

Return Policy:

  • If you receive an empty box/ missing/ damaged products in your order, you can raise a concern on our Mail Id - hello@mashijewellery.com and Phone number +919461771625 within 24 hours of receiving the order, and our team will investigate the matter. Please understand that it is important to provide a 360-degree unboxing video. It should be noted that a lack of adequate evidence or obvious indications of tampering may lead to your claim not being acknowledged.
  • If a customer fails to hand over the product at the time of pickup for return or exchange, they are to self-ship the product.
  • Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium like WhatsApp, Instagram chat or phone call.
  • If you have ordered more than two products and wish to return partial order, the refund amount will be calculated basis applicable discount on non-return products in the order.
  • When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt (physical or through message). In case of lost shipment, we will need proof of return by you.
  • Refunds would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Jaipur.

Exchange Policy:

  • You have to raise an exchange request within 07 days of receiving the product. There is an exchange option available, and we will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep.
  • Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note MASHI will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep.
  • If you want to exchange the product you ordered for another product of a higher amount, we will give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing the order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
  • If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we will ship the product as soon as we receive it, and the balance would be given in the form of a credit note.
  • Return or exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.
  • No discount will be given on exchange orders.

Cancellation Policy:

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us at your hello@mashijewellery.com or raise a ticket on +919461771625 to request a cancellation. We do not provide the provision to cancel the order on the website as of right now.

Refund Policy:

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be received at our warehouse in Jaipur and successfully pass our quality control inspection.
  • If the returned product does not meet our quality control standards, we reserve the right to deny the refund. In such instances, the original product will be shipped back to the customer. 

Refund Process:

  • Upon successful quality control inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer support team will contact you to securely obtain your bank account details for processing the refund.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited in your original mode of payment.
